CAN I CHANGE A PRODUCT?

Changes can be made within 30 calendar days from when you received your purchase, as long as the product or products are in perfect condition, unopened and unused. Come to our store to make your change. If the item chosen for the exchange is of a higher price, you will be able to pay the difference. If the chosen item is of a lower price, you will have credit for that amount to be used on a next visit, without time restriction.

CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?

We do not make returns, unless the product presents faults. No returns will be made for damages or faults caused by the buyer.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

We have limited stock in each collection and all orders are subject to product availability. If any item in the inventory is out of stock, we will inform you immediately and we will proceed to refund the money.
